This whole website talks about us, when what would really make things interesting would be to talk about you. Why are you here? What problem are you trying to solve?
One thing you do need is a website that's engaging, informative and that encourages visitors to stay a while. In other words, you need a website that converts your traffic into prospects and customers.
You also need a website that's easy to use, doesn't give people a headache, and maybe even makes them smile. Websites are a bit like people - the ones we like best don't make life hard, respond quickly when we ask things of them, and are able to tell us things that we find interesting or didn't know.

And you know what else? We think you might also be able to extend the stuff that happens on the website to make life a little bit easier in other areas of your business. You may be wrestling with complex, laborious tasks and managing your data in spreadsheets or a one-size-fits-all application that isn’t working for your business. You probably would rather not have to think about it, but you may know that a website can be an open door to to some nefarious types wanting to access data you’d rather not share, such as confidential customer records. But that's okay, because that risk can be mitigated by having a website that conforms to current industry standards and best practice.
Above all, you're looking for someone who can get you results, guide you through the jargon and the techie stuff, and be at least moderately helpful when you have a question or a new requirement. Someone you can trust to get it right, not make you feel like an idiot, and hopefully make you look like a bit of a hero when your website opens new doors for your business.
