Exciting new chapter for local web designers

After more than a decade supplying high-end corporate website design and web development solutions to the electronics and business world, Wordsun Web Works has branched out from its parent company to relaunch as Freshleaf Media Ltd.

“I have been privileged to be part of the Internet revolution since the early 1990’s", explains Freshleaf Media’s managing director, Michael Johnson. “We literally sprung up within high-tech PR agency Wordsun to provide web and multimedia solutions for the agency’s high-tech clientele.”

Michael continues, “As the web has evolved, so has the web department, and finally we decided that it was time to spread our wings and form an independent company.” The company’s client base continues to grow and they currently support companies from California to Colehill.

Ian Davenport a member of the team for over eight years adds, “We’re very excited about the future. We chose our new name Freshleaf because it’s so apt to our ethos. We believe in continuous development and implementing fresh, exciting new ideas for our clients.”

Freshleaf Media has also moved to new offices in Wimborne Square and keen to adopt social awareness in its business approach, a new charity water cooler has been installed and the company’s new stationery has been ordered from a local printer, who supplies environmentally friendly print. In addition, MD Michael is even walking to work to reduce his own carbon footprint.
