Meet the Team

Michael Johnson. Michael is Managing Director of Freshleaf Media and has led the team since its incorporation in 1998. With a strong background in web development for the high-tech electronics and engineering industries, Michael is well equipped to lead the growing team to develop innovative corporate websites and web applications.

Ian Davenport. Ian is Freshleaf's most experienced developer, having been with the Freshleaf since the start. He is a multimedia specialist, and as many of our clients will testify he has a considerable flair for design and Flash animation. His skills also include authoring valid, well structured DHTML and CSS.

Katie Theisinger. Katie is a web developer with three years' experience in creating successful website designs, and writing code for well structured and usable websites. In addition, her skills include marketing and copywriting, and she is also responsible for the Freshleaf website, its content, SEO and blog posts.

Arron Coda. As a web application developer Arron forms one half of Freshleaf's PHP development team. He has five years' experience in building online applications using PHP; and he makes sure that all of our back-end development is robust, scalable and user friendly.

Richard Baker. Richard is Freshleaf's newest web application develeper. A graduate of Bournemouth university, he is our expert on coding standards, and works on making our intranets, extranets, content management systems and applications both easy to use, secure and stable.

Fiona Anderson. As Freshleaf's business development manager and all round sales and marketing expert, Fiona is responsible for ensuring that we are in touch with potential clients and business partners.

Lesley Mackin. Lesley provides admin support to the Freshleaf team, and PA support to Michael.
